(Another) partial collapse at Ward Bread Bakery during demolition

It seems that a section of a floor at the Ward Bread Bakery collapsed this afternoon. The building is being demolished for Atlantic Yards.

DANGEROUS BLDG,PLACES AND THINGS. DEMO UNDERWAY FLR COLLASPE SECTION 15FTX15FT 12FT HIGH. POSSIBLE CAUSE ROTTED BEAM
The Atlantic Yards web cam possibly recorded the actual collapse.

Here's a photo taken possibly moments before the collapse, at 1:03 PM.  The area circled in red is where I believe the collapse occurred:

And I think this is moments after the collapse, taken a minute later at 1:04 PM:

An FDNY engine arrives at 1:11 PM:

All of this will need to be verified, but a resident who lives across Dean Street from Ward's heard a loud boom, and later saw a worker being removed on a stretcher.

I hope that the worker is not seriously injured.

This is not the first time for a partial collapse at the Ward Bread Bakery.  On April 26, 2007, a 200-foot section of the parapet collapsed onto Pacific Street during asbestos abatement on the roof, damaging several parked cars. Thankfully no one was injured.

I'll update as I learn more.
